ChairmanPastor Daniel Nwokedi MFA, FCE, FIMCA attended University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology. A seasoned administrator who in his over 19 years of professional career has distinguished himself in every sense of professional competence. He was in the hospitality industry between 1995 – 1998 from whence he took up an appointment with SNECOU Group of company’s ltd where he has risen to post of Group managing Director. The multifaceted nature of the group has broadened his scope of administrative prowess. John Tyerman (PMP) - Project Manager

Human ResourcesJohn Tyerman PMP (Project Management Professional) attended Langbaurgh school for boys located in the North of England and later Teesside Polytechnic (now University of Teesside) gaining a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a speciality in Project Management and Advanced Control. In 2003 John was awarded the global credential of Associate in Project Management under the Project Management Institute (PMI). John spent the first 20 years working with several International Construction Companies in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and North Africa initially working in an Engineering and Consultative capacity and later undertaking various Project Management roles controlling full Engineering , Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in the Oil & Gas, Water and Energy sectors. After leaving the Middle East John along with several partners formed a private Engineering and Consultancy company in the UK working out of the small North Yorkshire town of Stokesley where the Company executed several major contracts in Columbia and Saudi Arabia. John also initiated and oversaw the implementation and management of the company Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems. Since 2004, John has been working on various Consultancy and Project Management assignments within West Africa particularly Nigeria and Ghana again with major international EPC Companies. Hamza Mohammed Shuaibu - Senior Business Development Manager

Human ResourcesHamza over sees our business development and marketing department .His career path encompasses over 16 years of hands on experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. He has served in senior management positions in several blue chip companies such as Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc where he contributed extensively to its corporate strategy, branch expansion processes and product development for 9 years after which he moved to Westfoster Holdings a lifestyle development company where he served at various times as the group head of the company’s facility management, Construction and corporate development departments respectively. He then returned to his mortgage banking roots by joining Access Homes then a subsidiary of Access Bank where he was in charge of the Bank’s Estate and projects group overseeing project conceptualization, management and construction risk assessment criteria. He then moved to FBN Mortgages as the Senior Manager responsible for the Bank’s businesses in the northern part of the country for over 3 years before joining Good Homes Development Company. Shuaibu’s experience spans corporate strategy project finance and credit risk management he has managed a combined real estate portfolio of over N 15 billion to date.

He is a combined honours graduate of the School of Architecture University of Lagos, winner of the prestigious Lagos State Governor’s NYSC award. He has attended several courses both local and international in enterprise risk, credit risk, project management, real estate finance and development. He is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of architects (NIA).
